Cogeneration unit on the premises of PGE EC KIELCE
524 A gas cogeneration unit based on a gas turbine with a nominal electrical output of approximately 8 MWe (under ISO conditions) and a water recovery boiler with an achievable thermal output of approximately 14 MWt in district heating. The unit is constructed entirely as independent external components, ensuring its full flexibility and ease of subsequent modifications. Delivery of unit components as compact container structures or small buildings reduces implementation time and costs while maintaining full functionality.

WTTP POSCO E&C Warszawa
Detailed and workshop designs for platforms within the newly constructed ZUSOK (Social Security Office) facility in Warsaw. Steel platforms within the boiler and engine room buildings were constructed based on submitted 3D structural models. All platform components were designed and coordinated within the 3D structural model.
Schumacher Packaging gas boiler room in Myszków
Comprehensive development of a technological and architectural concept for new energy facilities at the Myszków paper mill. The facilities were designed to convert process steam production from hard coal to biogas, LNG, and RDF.
Renovation of the coal feeding gallery of unit 14 of the Bełchatów Power Plant
The project involved the renovation of the coaling bridge of the new power unit at the Bełchatów Power Plant, which had been damaged by fire. Due to significant thermal deformation of the bridge components during the fire, the project began with a comprehensive inventory and 3D scan of the entire structure. Subsequent steps included designing the bridge reinforcements and their installation on the operating bridge conveyors. This comprehensive approach to the design process allowed for the selection of the work technology to minimize disruption to the unit's operation.

74MW CCGT gas unit at SYNTHOS Oświęcim
A CCGT unit with a gas turbine capacity of 74 MW located on the Synthos SA industrial site. The gas unit was implemented as an independent technological and structural system with a steam turbine installed within an existing facility on an adapted foundation. The design combined ease of designing new facilities with cost optimization for the investor through partial utilization of existing facilities.
