I'm always ready to take on new challenges, and my experience allows me to effectively manage investment and design processes. When managing an investment process, I focus primarily on comprehensive analysis of all elements of the process, implementing previously established assumptions. My professional interests, in addition to investment management and design, also include a comprehensive understanding of the building structure design process.

A passionate sports enthusiast, I've participated in numerous long-distance orienteering races.
Michał Tempiński

As a licensed architect since 2014, and working in the profession since 2010, I strive to find the right quantity, size, and form for a given project. I work in the areas of urban design, residential and commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, and industrial facilities.
I utilize the experience and knowledge I've gained in my work, but it's my passion that drives me to fully dedicate myself to what I do. I ensure that the solutions I adopt allow for comfortable and economical use of the designed facility for years to come. I enjoy challenges and prioritize self-development.
Maciej Nitka

I have been a member of the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland since 2002, including serving on the Appraisers' Team and the Monument Protection Team at the Małopolska Council of the Chamber of Architects (OIA). I have been licensed to design without restrictions in the architectural field and to manage construction projects since 1991. My design and construction experience spans 35 years, including at design offices in Lublin and Krakow. Since 1991, I have worked in my own practice, Maciej Nitka Pracownia Architektury, on projects in the areas of public buildings, historic buildings, industrial buildings, residential buildings, and urban planning.

Agnieszka Kocima

I have been professionally involved in construction since 2005. I graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology. Since 2013, I have held an unlimited construction license to design and manage construction works in the construction and building specialty.
Working for years at a design firm, I had the opportunity to work on large industrial projects, learn the principles of multidisciplinary work, and begin my adventure with Tekla Structures. I enjoy learning the ins and outs of 3D CAD modeling, which has resulted in my participation in interesting projects.
Stefan Pacyński
My professional achievements include research, business activity in the energy sector, establishing and developing relationships with foreign partners, energy management, and most recently, managing a project using innovative coal-based technology. I hope that my many years of experience will serve a modern company that is increasingly successfully developing in the field of modern technologie

I gained my professional experience working on some of the largest energy sector projects in Poland, collaborating with both domestic and international companies. My nearly 20 years of experience have taught me to surround myself with specialists in my field, to define goals collaboratively, and to achieve them together, as design and subsequent implementation depend on a well-coordinated and responsible team. I carry out assigned tasks with great dedication, seeking the most optimal solutions in terms of both execution and design.
